Small populated area located in the inner part of the Western municipal boundary, north of Almayate and motorway A-7.

Small populated area located in the inner part of the western municipal boundary, north of Almayate and A-7 motorway to which is connected a 400 metre road.  It is mainly agricultural and has the morphology of an authentic Andalucian town. 

The districts of Arabic origin Los Claros, Cajicillo and Las Huertas are located in this territory.

A visit to its Church is a “must”, since it is one of the oldest and most important Churches of the Malaga bishoprics. Each Spring, the soul of this small town comes to life in what is considered the oldest and most important live performance of Holy Week in the whole of Andalucía; Cajiz Procession.
