Santa Rosalía Hermitage

Vélez-Málaga

This is a building from the end of the XVII century or early XVIII century that supported the Santa Maria Parish and was needed due to an important population displacement from the city to the area where the Santa Rosalia Hermitage is located.
As its religious services were passed to the Claras Covent Church, it became a secular place that has been used in different ways to this day
It does not have significant artistic elements except for its façade with its semicircular arch framed by adjoining pilasters.

Location: Salvador Rueda
Opening Hours: It can be viewed from the street
