Los tronillos
(Children’s small handcrafted processions)
The Saturday before Palm Sunday, the Tronillos party takes place in Velez Malaga when children who have registered previously parade their handcrafted Tronillos through the most important streets in Velez Malaga.
About 45 Tronillos participate, all of which get a diploma at the end of the parade.
It is a great start to Easter week.
